Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our guest rooms and public areas, delivering a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with hotel standards and hygiene guidelines
- Ensure rooms are prepared and presented to the highest standards within required turnaround times
- Replenish amenities, linen, and supplies in guest rooms and service areas as required
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly to supervisors
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and use of housekeeping equipment
- Support special cleaning tasks, deep-cleaning schedules, and periodic housekeeping projects
- Deliver courteous and professional service to guests, responding to requests promptly and respectfully
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment will be an advantage
- Good understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team
