Sri Lanka's largest media network, maintaining undisputed leadership in Television and Radio for over three decades, is looking for a confident, dynamic, outgoing and results-oriented Finance Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join its expansion drive. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance for the organization
- Manage taxation matters and lead statutory and internal audit processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead, mentor and manage the finance team to achieve departmental goals
- Ensure proper use of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders
- Support senior management with financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fully qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a Finance Manager; prior experience in an audit firm is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office products; prior ERP systems experience is an added advantage
- Prior experience in Taxation & Auditing is a mandatory requirement
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision and flexible working hours
- Should be below 45 years of age
