- Oversee overall operations of the In Room Dining department.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure timely/accurate food & beverage delivery; coordinate with kitchen and stewarding.
- Monitor guest feedback, departmental scheduling, staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, operating equipment, and departmental costs to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in F&B operations within a luxury hotel (at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role).
- Prior experience in In Room Dining or Restaurant Operations highly preferred.
- Sound financial acumen and proficiency in hotel management systems/MS Office.
