Densu Ceramic Dental Laboratory, part of the Densu Dental (PVT) Ltd group, is looking for a dedicated female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a professional, courteous and welcoming front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and callers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized and presentable condition.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Ability to communicate well and handle customers effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently and with quality.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required.
- Ability to speak Sinhala, Tamil and English is an added advantage.
