Ceylon Business Appliances (CBA) is looking for a motivated professional to join our team in Dehiwala as a Executive / Junior Executive - Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support, follow-ups and updates
- Coordinate with sales, technical, finance and other internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations and other pre-sales documentation
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to provide suitable solutions
- Follow up on customer requests, pending orders and service-related matters while maintaining accurate operational records and reports
- Monitor ongoing tasks, support process improvements and perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Management or a related field is an added advantage
- Experience in operations, customer service or sales coordination is preferred
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
