As a Food & Beverage Service Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at Cinnamon Life by providing attentive and efficient food and beverage service, responding to guest needs, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring the outlet consistently maintains high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up tables and prepare the outlet for service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages in line with service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Process billing and handle payments accurately
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or a similar hospitality role
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
