Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams is looking for a warm and professional Guest Concierge to join The Shoppes team, providing personalized assistance and information to guests and shoppers, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the mall.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and shoppers with a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on mall stores, services, promotions, and directions
- Assist guests with special requests, bookings, and general inquiries
- Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with mall retailers and internal departments to support guest needs
- Maintain the concierge desk and surrounding area in a neat and presentable condition
- Uphold the brand image and service standards of Cinnamon Life at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in guest service, concierge, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional, and welcoming personality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages an advantage
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
