Storekeeper

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials, supplies and finished goods, ensuring accuracy against relevant documents
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers and returns
• Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requisitions while ensuring proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and report replenishment requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Ensure proper storage, handling and preservation of inventory while maintaining a clean, organised and safe store environment
• Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with Production, Procurement and Finance departments to support effective inventory management and operational efficiency

• G.C.E. A/L qualification; a relevant degree or diploma will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management or warehouse operations
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good knowledge of stock handling, record keeping and inventory control procedures
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of integrity and responsibility
