Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive in the logistics industry. The Customer Service Executive will work closely with the Sales Team and clients to ensure satisfaction, provide support and manage customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure smooth communication with the operations team
- Manage customer service processes and maintain high customer service standards
- Enhance the overall client experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven abilities in Customer Service, Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in problem-solving, multi-tasking and handling customer concerns professionally
- Familiarity with logistics processes and knowledge of supply chain operations is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
