Events Manager

• Plan, develop and execute events, entertainment programmes, corporate functions, private celebrations and promotional activities
• Create innovative event concepts, packages and proposals aligned with the brand identity
• Manage end-to-end event operations, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination and on-site execution
• Generate new business opportunities, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve revenue targets
• Develop and manage entertainment calendars, themed events and special programmes
• Liaise with clients, sponsors, brand partners and agencies to build strong relationships
• Coordinate with hotel operations, F&B, sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor event performance, maintain records and prepare regular reports to drive profitability

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry
• Proven experience in organising corporate events, private functions, themed events and entertainment programmes
• Strong event planning, budgeting, negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and to travel between properties when required
