We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests to the spa, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised experience at all times.
- Booking Management: Manage spa reservations, appointments, and walk-in inquiries efficiently through the booking system.
- Information Provider: Provide accurate information on spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions to guests.
- Coordination: Coordinate with therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth scheduling and timely service delivery.
- Financials: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payment processing with accuracy.
- Environment: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and ensure a serene spa environment.
- Service Recovery: Address guest feedback and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and service recovery where needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or guest service role, preferably within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Organisation: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is an added advantage.
- Personality: A pleasant personality with a professional appearance and the ability to handle guests with care and discretion.
