We Are Hiring: Operations Manager for Our Upcoming Kids' Play Area!
We're looking for a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic individual to help lead the day-to-day operations and marketing of our brand-new kids' play area on Baseline Road, Narahenpita.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture from the ground up and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the kids' play area
- Supervise, schedule and guide staff to deliver a safe and fun experience for children and families
- Plan and run marketing, promotions and activities to build the brand
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and service standards are maintained at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- A creative individual with a passion for kids and entertainment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage daily operations and staff
- A flair for marketing, promotions and building a brand
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow with the business
- Added advantage: experience working with children and first aid certificates
What We Offer
- Salary of LKR 100,000 - 125,000

- Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
