JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – MODERN TRADE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to support our Modern Trade business by driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and category targets.
- Ensure timely collections and manage debtor days.
- Monitor trade credit and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Achieve the Order Fulfilment Rate (OFR) target.
- Minimize channel returns and drive new product listings.
- Execute customer marketing plans effectively.
- Build strong relationships with Modern Trade customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- A motorcycle is required for Key Channel outlet visits and regular market activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
