We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Assistant Manager, Sales to support our sales operations, develop strong client relationships and drive revenue growth at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving business targets, identifying new market opportunities and strengthening the hotel's position in the luxury hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
- Manage corporate accounts, travel partners and other key stakeholders
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and site inspections
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and follow up on business leads
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
