Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Market annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for Diesel Generator and Diesel Engine customers.
- Customer Relations: Visit potential and existing clients to identify requirements and secure maintenance agreements.
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets.
- Account Management: Build and manage long-term business relationships to consistently meet established targets.
- Financial Oversight: Handle invoicing for service agreements and ensure the timely collection of payments.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and subordinates to enhance aftermarket support services.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor information, forecast future sales, and develop marketing strategies to drive unit growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Part or Full Qualification in Marketing (SLIM/CIM) or an equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in Marketing.
- Technical Advantage: Exposure to engines, knowledge of engine-related equipment, or technical studies is a definite advantage.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a good verbal command of English and Sinhala.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office Package is essential.
- Attributes: Result-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a demanding environment.
- License: Must possess a valid driving license.
