For over 35+ years, Trade Promoters (Pvt) Ltd has proudly represented Schindler in Sri Lanka. We are expanding our dynamic sales team and are looking for an energetic, results-driven Senior Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets with a long term business perspective
- Identify and qualify leads while assessing potential markets for Schindler products
- Explore and develop new sales and business opportunities through regular engagement across diverse market segments
- Achieve collection targets linked to sales performance
- Utilize strong selling skills, technical expertise, and multi channel presentation capabilities to deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer contact through to successful deal closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the installation department to ensure customer requirements are effectively fulfilled
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in the elevator industry will be considered an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
- Proficient in delivering impactful presentations
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala
- Strong IT literacy
