HR Executive - Payroll & Employee Administration

• Prepare and check monthly payroll for assigned Group companies
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances and salary deductions
• Prepare and reconcile EPF/ETF payment details and uploads
• Prepare payroll tax payment documentation
• Administer trainee and casual payments, staff loans and repayments
• Maintain payroll databases and supporting financial records
• Submit payroll and relevant invoices to the Manager Payroll for final checking

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Relevant experience in payroll and employee financial administration
• Knowledge of EPF/ETF and payroll tax processes
• Strong MS Excel and payroll system skills
• Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ability to meet monthly payroll deadlines
