Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer documents
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders and inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Follow up on customer requirements and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer correspondence professionally
- Support in preparing presentations and sales-related documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCE A/L / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
