IT EXECUTIVE

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, mobile devices and network-related issues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows PCs, MacBooks, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Enrol and support organizational devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN and basic network connectivity issues.
• Support meeting-room equipment, video-conferencing systems and presentation devices.
• Maintain IT asset records and prepare equipment for new and departing employees.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims and technical support with external vendors.
• Maintain IT documentation and support users of internal business applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and Outlook.
• Strong hardware, software, printer and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and VPN technologies.
• Experience supporting iPhones, Android devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Added Advantages

• Certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, CCNA, CompTIA A+/Network+, Fortinet FCA or ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Experience with Fortinet products, Windows Server administration or enterprise Apple-device support.
• Good understanding of IT security best practices.
• Prior experience working with ERP systems will be considered a significant advantage.
