We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Project Management Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Debt control & Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries.
- Monitor internal controls and audits and spot checks.
- Provide insights on inventory, pricing, cost control and fund management.
- Knowledge in Import procedure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fully qualified in AAT/ HND or Degree in Accounting / Finance.
- Part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, TALLY systems, MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction project accounting will be added advantage.
