We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating employee welfare services and facilities, and supporting daily HR operations to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate and oversee employee welfare services and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support the management of day-to-day HR administrative activities, including maintaining employee records, documentation and HRIS updates
- Assist with attendance, payroll-related coordination and other operational HR requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee welfare and basic Sri Lankan Labour Laws
- Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English, with strong interpersonal, coordination and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
