Data Entry & Inventory Supervisor

Join our team and maintain accurate inventory records, reliable data entry, and efficient stock movement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day inventory activities and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Record product quantities, descriptions, locations, receipts, issues, and transfers accurately.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate timely updates with warehouse and operational teams.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences with system records.
- Prepare inventory status, variance, and movement reports for management review.
- Maintain organized inventory documents and ensure all data is updated on time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in inventory control, data entry, warehousing, or a related position.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory software.
- Fast and accurate data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good numerical, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with teams, meet deadlines, and maintain confidential records.
- Education: Related Diploma / Certificate
- Age: Below 35 years
- Female Candidates preferred
What We Offer
- Salary: LKR 40,000 - 60,000
