Key Responsibilities
* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
* Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Maintain confidential records, files, and company documents.
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
* Assist in office administration and other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Sinhala.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
