We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee, Housekeeping to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the hotel's quality standards.
- Support room attendants in daily housekeeping operations and room preparation.
- Learn and follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene practices, and safety standards.
- Ensure housekeeping equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
- Report maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-focused work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- School leavers or candidates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
