Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities on the factory floor in Minuwangoda
- Learn and follow production processes through on-the-job training
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintain punctuality, safety and a responsible approach to work
Qualifications & Requirements
- Freshers and school leavers are welcome
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an added advantage, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Hardworking, punctual and responsible individuals are encouraged to apply
