Your mission is simple: fuel our sales counselors with high-quality, actionable leads that turn into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns by creating posts, reels, videos and promotional content
- Drive leads by executing high-performance paid and organic social media campaigns
- Leverage AI by implementing AI-driven tools to automate prospecting and optimize targeting
- Boost enrollments by bridging the gap between digital engagement and student admissions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in social media lead generation
- Deep expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging ad platforms
- A "tech-first" mindset, with experience in AI marketing tools considered a major plus
- Strong obsession with conversion metrics and ROI
What We Offer
- 50,000 LKR salary plus attractive sales commissions
- Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5pm
