ESOFT Metro Campus, shaping lives and creating futures, is looking for a Student Counselor to join our Gampaha Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle queries of customers and prospective students, providing them with proper guidance
- Handle student registrations
- Follow up on student queries received from the call centre, social media and other sources
- Maintain up-to-date information regarding class schedules and payment structures for all our programmes
- Meet deadlines and targets set by the management
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Diploma or Higher Diploma in Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Institute/University
- Fluent in English with high computer literacy
- Self-motivated, with strong instincts in acquiring clients
