Receptionist

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients and guests in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, messages and general inquiries efficiently
• Manage the reception area, attendance records, visitor records and day-to-day front office activities
• Receive and coordinate incoming/outgoing documents, letters and parcels
• Provide administrative support and occasionally assist with Sales and Purchasing related tasks as required

• G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, administration, sales or purchasing will be an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and customer-handling skills
• Good command of Sinhala and English; Tamil will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications
• Presentable, punctual, responsible and willing to support different departments when required

• A front-office role in a growing property company
• Exposure to sales, purchasing and administration
