MAGA, Sri Lanka's leading construction company, is looking for a Deputy Project Manager to join the dynamic team driving the nation forward. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of building construction projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Supervise site activities and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and support the Project Manager in decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years experience in large-scale building construction projects
- Candidates must hold Chartered Engineer membership from the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL)
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
