Key Responsibilities

Support daily HR operations at construction sites.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding and site inductions.
Coordinate with site teams on attendance, leave and labour matters.
Support compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
Handle site HR administration and employee queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in construction or related industry).
At least completed CCHRM or a minimum qualification in Human Resources.
Good knowledge of HR functions and labour compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
A team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
