We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern, Operations to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative operations across hotel departments.
- Assist with documentation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate internal communications and operational follow ups with teams. • Support preparation of reports, schedules, and departmental records.
- Assist in handling guest related administrative requests when required.
- Maintain organised office systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to hotel operations teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Good organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support operational teams.
