Junior Executive – Training & Development

Join Home Lands Group and play a key role in strengthening people capability across the organization. This Junior Executive – Training & Development position supports training, development, and learning initiatives with a strong focus on sales teams, systems, safety, and employee growth. This role reports directly to the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Train the sales team on products and processes
- Conduct new system training programs for employees
- Maintain and update the training calendar
- Coordinate and arrange health and safety training sessions at project sites
- Support and follow up on personal development plans
- Assist in organizing internal learning and development initiatives
- Maintain training records, attendance, and basic training reports
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development
- Experience in conducting product, process, and system training
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and organizational ability
- Ability to work with multiple teams and training schedules
- Experience in maintaining training calendars and records
- Exposure to health and safety training coordination will be an advantage
- A relevant diploma or degree in HR, Business, or a related field will be an advantage
