As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You will ensure efficient bar operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and service, and contribute to a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Engage with guests to provide friendly and professional service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth bar operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude
