As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in driving Cinnamon Life's membership sales by engaging with guests and prospective clients, delivering persuasive sales presentations, building strong customer relationships, and supporting promotional activities to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Cinnamon Life's premium membership programs to guests and prospective clients
- Confidently engage with walk-in guests, event attendees, and target audiences to explain the benefits of the membership
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle objections effectively to close deals
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Track daily sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with the wider team to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Represent the Cinnamon Life brand with professionalism and energy at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer engagement roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A confident, outgoing personality with a professional and polished presence
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages an advantage
