We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, dynamic and hardworking individuals to join our team as an Operations Officer in Negombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify collection of insurance, document charges and advance rentals
- Ensure all required documents and payments are complete before file activation
- Review and confirm approval conditions for all security documents
- Prepare agreements and other relevant documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain and update reports and registers related to security confirmations
- Record pending CR details in the system and attach transferred CR books to security packets
- Any other job-related duties assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literacy
- Methodical and result-oriented, with the capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of integrity
