EXECUTIVE GUEST EXPERIENCE (CHINESE)

Provide personalized guest services to Chinese speaking guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience

Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Facilitate smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions across all touchpoints

Build strong relationships with quests to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits

Coordinate with internal departments rtments (Front (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to ensure service excellence

Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored recommendations and solutions

Handle VIP guests with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to personalize future experiences

Uphold brand standards and delivery service aligned with a world-class integrated resort

Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is essential

Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset

Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
