Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS). Prepare and issue HR-related letters including Letters of Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Experience, and other employee correspondence. Administer employee leave, attendance, and timekeeping records while ensuring data accuracy. Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation. Assist in payroll input preparation by validating attendance, leave, and employee movement data. Provide administrative support for recruitment, confirmations, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR Operations or HR Administration role. Hands-on experience in maintaining and administering an HR Information System (HRIS) is essential. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines and operational requirements.

Maga possesses the most experienced group of construction project managers of the country, consisting of over 70 senior project managers and over 300 graduate engineers in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical, materials, mining and earth resources engineering; together with designers, planners, quantity surveyors , technicians, and over 8000 craftsmen.
