- Prepare service and repair schedules; contact customers to confirm visit plans.
- Open job orders, raise MRNs using SAP ERP, and update HRMS service info.
- Follow up on daily job progress, ensure proper completion, and resolve complaints.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on workshop performance and job closing status in SAP ERP.
- Oversee job allocation, technician scheduling, and SRT/productivity reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L and A/L.
- Technical Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical field, or Diploma in Business Management.
- 1–2 years' experience in the same field; knowledge of island-wide travel routes.
- Strong IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP ERP familiarity.
