Be a part of a dynamic team and grow your career with Ceylon Business Appliances (CBA). We are hiring a Finance Executive - Payments to process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time, and to keep our payment records and reconciliations in order.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests accurately and on time
- Verify invoices against POs, GRNs, approvals and supporting documents
- Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules
- Process supplier, employee, reimbursement and other approved payments
- Perform supplier statement and bank reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on pending approvals
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all payment transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers, banks, procurement, stores and other internal departments
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of finance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and applicable tax requirements
