We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Human Resources to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Lead the end-to-end Performance Management framework aligned with business strategy.
- Lifecycle Management: Drive the full performance lifecycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
- Governance: Ensure governance, consistency, and fairness across all performance processes.
- Framework Design: Design and enhance KPI and competency frameworks linked to business outcomes.
- Expatriate Management: Manage the full lifecycle of international colleagues (expatriates) from onboarding to repatriation.
- Compliance: Oversee visa, immigration, and compliance processes in line with regulatory requirements.
- HR Analytics: Drive HR analytics and reporting, delivering actionable workforce insights.
- Strategic Support: Leverage data to support strategic decisions and workforce planning.
- Digitalization: Lead HR transformation and special projects with a focus on efficiency and digitalization.
- Operational Excellence: Strengthen HR governance frameworks ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with best practices.
- Structure: Maintain organizational structures and charts in line with business needs.
- Capability Building: Enable capability building through training and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR systems or project management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Project Management: Experience in driving HR projects / system implementations is a definite advantage.
- Core Skills: Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Mindset: A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail.
